Jenny McCarthey’s views on marriage

Jenny McCarthy has said that she will never marry boyfriend Jim Carrey because she loves him so much.
The couple have been dating for a year and are reportedly very happy, but marriage is not on the cards.
According to The Sun the model said: "I’m very, very happy. We’re both comfortable not getting married. We like the Goldie Hawn and Kurt Russell theory."
Russell and Hawn have been together for 23 years and never married.
McCarthy went on: "I’m very comfortable not having a certificate. I think there’s something wonderful about people wanting to stay together because they want to stay together.
"I have this theory that I wrote in my last book about marriage licenses. They should almost be like driver’s licenses, after four years they expire and you have to renew them."
Actually, I quite agree with her - if you really believe that marriage isn’t for life, and you’re just going to change out every four years for a new model, you shouldn’t get married. Save some $$ and go to Tahiti instead!
