BREAKING: Final Resolution in the Anna Nicole Hearing!

Okay, here it is FINALLY! I seriously was about to go postal on that judge’s ass if he started yapping ANY more. Yeah. I need a nap or something. Okay, here it is:
- Judge Seidlin is relinquishing case to another judge HOLY FREAKING GAWD. So we’re not over? Craaaaappp.
- "I hope when my resolution is read we are dignified." You do know who you’re talking to, right?
- Okay – here we go….I think…..
- Who is entitled to the remains of Anna Nicole? DANNIELYNN IS HER NEXT OF KIN, THEREFORE, BASED ON REVIEW, THE COURT ORDERS THIS: STERN’S PETITION IS DENIED, ALL PETITIONS BY ARTHUR ARE DENIED.
- Guardian ad litum for Dannielynn Smith is awarded custody of the remains of Anna Nicole Smith.
- The medical examiner is ordered to release the remains to Millstein (guardian ad litum through the court). Millstein is ordered to consult with Birkhead, Stern,and Arthur as to disposition of remains.
- Final internment is under Millsteins’ absolute discretion, as guided by the best interests of Dannielynn Smith. (he actually slipped and called her Dannielynn Stern)
- Judge: I want her buried with her son Daniel in the Bahamas.
- Judge: Medical examiner will fly with Anna’s body TONIGHT to the Bahamas. They will work out logistical details with Mom AND both potential fathers -Stern and Birkhead.
- Judge is totally crying.
- Effective 4 PM EST.

virgie arthur is vickie lynn’s birth mother, all the makeup, weight loss, tv hype, boyfriends or babies in the world will not change that fact. her mother deserves to have poscession of her daughter’s remains, and that is that! this judge is demeanted as we saw with his cabbie antics, describing his tennis wear… a pyschofied nut!!! he played some little game with the press and these people only to do with his body, anna nicole smith as he chose in the end. daniel’s body should be removed from the bahamas and he should be buried with his mother, vickie lynn in texas where they belong. where is the texas oil money when you need it? we need to protect our own and vergie has the right to bring them home to be with kinfolk, sign me another concerned texas girl ~ vicki lynn
