Johnny Depp on daughter’s health scare and MORE Pirates of the Caribbean
Before I get to the story, can we talk about Vanessa there? I’m sure she’s a lovely person, but you would think that Johnny has made enough money for her to get that wanky British smile fixed. I mean, come on, now.
ANYway, Johnny Depp recently talked about his little girl’s health scare:
"It gave us a great scare," he sighs. As Lily-Rose lay critically ill for nine days, Johnny and long-term girlfriend, 34-year-old Vanessa Paradis, kept a constant vigil at her bedside.
"What got us through this wasn’t the strength of Vanessa or me but our daughter and her incredible ability to make us feel OK even though she was very unwell. She was super-strong," he says.
Very scary. But I think that this quote might be even more terrifying:
Johnny seems happy to carry on with the films (Pirates of the Caribbean)
He says: "There’s a lot more territory to explore. Why shouldn’t we try a fourth and a fifth?"
PLEASE NO. Three is enough!

The first Pirates of the Caribbean was great in every way, the best part of the other two was the special effects… the question now is, if they come out with a fourth, will it maintain the quality of the first?
