Marilyn Manson’s Heart Shaped Glasses video? That’s real sex, folks
Upping the "ick" factor once again, apparently Marilyn Manson’s new video - the one I posted the other day and will post again for you - is not full of thespians acting out stuff. Nope, that’s the real deal. Real sex. Reallllly.
According to a source close to the production crew, Manson and Wood elected not to fake their intercourse. Though their naughty bits are concealed on-screen by bedclothes and each other’s bodies, the logistics of the shoot ensured the crew members had an intimate view of the proceedings: The video was originally intended to be shot in 3-D, meaning the couple’s writhings had to be shot from several different angles simultaneously. And just to be sure they got it right, Manson and Wood got it on three times for the cameras.
Nice, huh? These "real sex" rumors tend to go around every once in a while, but since it’s Marilyn Manson, I tend to believe that this story is for real. Here’s the video:

This video haunt me in my dreams. A friend of mine works for MM and apparently this new love won’t last, at least that’s what everyone is hoping. All I have to say is, when I was 19 and experiencing sex as a new-ish thing, I was pretty happy there was no one there to see it, let alone fliming and showing it to the world. I hope ERW never has grandkids…poor thing.

This video is in true Manson style. He does like to shock people. So what if they had “real” sex on camera to show the world. Even if she is only 19, they are both adults. Its for the publicity and if you watched the video, it worked. I did like the video because I like Manson. If it creeps you out, maybe Marilyn Manson is an artist that you shouldn’t be listening to.

Nothing like having sex with someone the age of your newest fans, huh? I used to love Manson, but until he gets his mid-life crisis under control and makes REAL music… I’m not buying another album. Where have his balls gone? Apparently Dita took those, too, when she left. Thoroughly disappointed in one of my favorite shock-rockers.

I find it both humorous and sad that people here get so worked up (in a bad way) over sexuality, as if it’s the root of all evil. First off, I think there’d be a lot less war if people were not only less repressed about sex, but let’s face it - any person is always much happier after getting it! But seriously, people in America blame any amount of sexuality on the societal ills that befall the nation, yet Europeans have far more liberal views regarding sexuality and nudity, yet have no where near the issues the U.S. has. Look elsewhere for an issue; sex is one of the most basic and natural of instincts, so stop trying to make it out to be dirty, sinful, immoral, or whatever else your whacked-out perspective comes up with.

ok i know a lot of people on here are mad about this video because of it’s sexual exploitation, they think it promotes promiscuity, to me i disagree, he’s having sex with someone he’s in a monogamous committed relationship with, he’s not having sex with like 3 or 4 different “hoes” in it. i do agree though with those of you that were concerned about rachel wood’s young age, i know i did a lot of things that i’ve regretted when i was 19 because my incapability to make “grown up” decisions and think about the consequences of my actions, but my “screw ups” aren’t on video.

This video looks fun, I would have gladly done it, and good luck to the two of them. Also, I think that even if the relationship does not survive, the video makes a great experience to have go down in history (on a small scale of course).

Linkin Park…WTF?? anyway…MM is a rebel and I love it!!! He is hot and I would gladly remake that sex scene with him anyday anytime. Call me whatever but sex isnt and never will be personal unless you want it to be. Block the video from your kids and call it a day.

I like Manson, but this song is definitely not one of his best. I think it’s funny that everyones so shocked by the video, Manson IS shocking, it’s not like it’s a new thing for him.

Some of these comments really make me mad. Even if it is real sex, what does it matter? Why is it any different than faking it. If you don’t like the video, don’t watch it. And for those with kids watching it. If they’re good kids then they won’t let it effect them. If you have taught them right, then it won’t effect them. Don’t worry about your kids. Worry about what your teaching them. They’ll make their own decisions. I’m a christian, and Manson is my favorite artist. I don’t let him effect me. He plays great music to my ears.
