R.Kelly believes he is the greatest black man alive
You’ve got to say one thing for this guy: he is COMPLETELY delusional. Maybe a little bit high. Just a wee bit.
R. Kelly has pronounced himself the greatest black man of his generation.
The ‘I Believe I Can Fly’ singer claims he is as iconic and talented in his field as a host of important black figures, including boxing legend Muhammad Ali.
He told Hip-Hop Soul magazine: "I’m the Ali of today. I’m the Marvin Gaye of today. I’m the Bob Marley of today. I’m the Martin Luther King, or all the other greats that have come before us.
And a lot of people are starting to realise that now."
Kelly has also boasted no current musical artist can compare to his incredible talents.
He added: "My greatest competition is, well, me."
Meanwhile, Kelly’s trial for charges of soliciting a minor for pornography purposes is finally expected to begin this summer.
The irony of that last statement is nothing short of fantastic.

R Kelly, has completly lost his damn mind…and we as african Americans should be pissed off….. He’s a pedophile, what he needs and what he should get is time at a place called McNeil Island in Washington State, great atmosphere for singing a ballad. This is worst than electing Marion Berry as Mayor for the second time and after he was caught on tape with a hooker and smoking crack…Maybe R. Kelly’s on crack, why else would anyone make such an stupid statment or then again he’s trying to go for a insanity plea, because insanity is him comparing himself to Martin Luther King and Muhammad Ali. And evertime I hear a “portion” of one of his songs, I think, which “child” did he write this one about….

This man is digusting…….i could care less about him being a good artist, which he is. He is nothing compared to martin luther king. The only thing they have in common is the color of their skin. If R- kelly was to die people would get over his stupid, nasty, big ego, old ass. This man will not get a holiday and alot of people would be happy knowing another sex offender is off the streets. R. Kelly is beyond insane and at this point we can only pray for him. He thinks he is untouchable and all powerful because some of us in the African American community would rather get our dance on then protect our children by basically boosting his sick ego and so called giving him a pass card. This is the result of rallying around a man who has the audacity to hurt young women while being a father who has daughters. Moreover he went on to call himself the pied piper of R/B….do you all remember what the pied piper did? He stole the children of a town. R Kelly to me has done more and stole the minds of grown adults who believe as long as he can write a little diddy anything he does is ok ? I’m not saying he did it but …look at his track record…Aaliyah… settling multiple cases of indecent behavior involving under aged females….and don’t forget the infamous video. Mind you all I’m saying is just think about it a minute in between stepping to the name of love. Now is it any surprise that he holds himself in such high esteem because some of us hold other who have achievement, great wealth or status above it all. Case in point Paris Hilton who obviously is full of herself and thinks she is above the law so why shouldnt Mr. Kelly believe the same. In America we create monsters and let them roam free…..so why be shocked. All I can say is R Kelly is living in a beautiful mansion in an alternate universe with view of a lake called denial where the sky is green. If thats not the case then what ever he is taking must be so potent that his brain has fried from its toxic affect.

R Kelly is a big ugly loser. He sucks. Smart people laugh at him. White people laugh at him — not with him. “Trapped in the closet” is a complete joke to use, but somehow a major achievement to the black community. Only a fool would think he’s intelligent and actually take him seriously.
Amazing how dumb all of you are, and then you blame white people for all of your problems… hysterical. Take a look at yourselves and your culture (or just watch trapped in the closet) then realize why you are where you are.
