    Wow! Wild photos. Poor Farrah is a byproduct of one too many facelifts. Kate Jackson has a similar thing going on, only with her case, it’s from a bad eyelift that makes her look like a freaked out cat. A facelift only lasts about ten years, then you have to go in for another, and after a while, you get that wacky look. Same with Melanie Griffith.

    Val Kilmer is still a cutie - he just needs a John Travolta style comeback role like Travolta had in Pulp Fiction, plus drop a few pounds, and he’ll be just fine. I’m still rooting for my Val!

    I noticed you posted about Aretha Franklin’s weight loss goals.

    I wanted to ask you what are your thoughts about weight loss supplement Alli? Have you heard any bad/good comments on it yet? As a trainer, I figured you’d know the scoop first!

    I’ve been using it for about three weeks in combination with my usual diet and fitness plan, and I noticed that it did allow me to lose extra weight - and it seems the fat is gone, not the lean muscle mass. But it’s still early in the game yet.

    I’ll be interested to see how people do with Alli. So far it seems to hold a certain amount of promise, especially for the morbidly obsese who are tired of looking forward to losing just one pound a week. As far as my use of it goes, so far, so good!

    I actually saw the “after” pic of Farrah when she was promoting Chasing Farrah, and that is NOT how she really looked, she looked phenomenal!! You people always bashin on Farrah need to give it a rest, she is one the all-time great beauties, NOW and FOREVER. As the saying goes, “Mirror, Mirror, on the wall, whos the Farrahest of them all”.
