Justin Timberlake wants to open a restaurant. Well, why the hell not. It seems like the celebrity thing to do these days, along with flashing your cooch, buying assorted small animals, and taking as many illegal substances as humanly possible.
LET’S hope Justin Timberlake has better luck in the restaurant business than his ex-flame Britney Spears, whose Nyla was one of the all-time fiascos. Timberlake and his pals Eytan Sugarman and Trace Ayala are bringing Memphis-style cuisine to Southern Hospitality on Second Avenue near 76th Street, which they’ve decorated with antiques from Memphis flea markets. The place has its grand opening on Wednesday with dishes derived from Timberlake’s original family recipes.
Original family recipes, like Happy Meals, IHop pancakes, and Cheetos? Yuh-uhm.
