Britney Spears is going to lose her kids - and she DOES NOT CARE, OKAY?

For pete’s sakes! Is she doing all this crap on purpose so she can relive her “glory days” before kids, Kevin, and kareer krash? I’m guessing yes. She’s seriously mentally unstable.

Britney Spears spent Wednesday night (15.08.07) romping with magician Criss Angel, just hours after leaving a custody battle meeting with ex-husband Kevin Federline in tears.

The ‘Toxic’ singer was crying after leaving her lawyer Laura Wasser at 12pm.

Kevin is demanding full custody of their sons Sean Preston, 23 months, and 11-month-old Jayden James, and Wasser is believed to have warned the 25-year-old singer to put and end to her wild partying and bizarre behaviour or risk losing her children.

But just hours later her tears had dried and she was seen smiling broadly as she accompanied Criss back to his hotel room.

The pair dined separately at Los Angeles restaurant Cravings, before spending the night together.

A source said: “Criss sent a message over saying he’d like to meet up.

“They later hooked up at the Bel-Air Hotel, but couldn’t get a room. So they went to the Sunset Tower, where he has a room.

“They were on his balcony, then went back into his room and the lights went out.”

The couple were seen leaving the hotel at 2am clutching a bottle of champagne before taking a late-night drive in Criss’ Rolls Royce.

The amorous pair then returned to the hotel, having reportedly ordered Britney’s bodyguard to pick up condoms.

Wait, what? She has her bodyguard PICK UP CONDOMS for her?

Is that part of the job description for a bodyguard these days? Dayum.
