Ohhhh…surely not….is that the famous jacket that the smithsonian didn’t want ???? In his book, he said he had tried the weed,but didn’t like it and never tried it again..but that he did smoke and there are several photos in his book of him smoking..so who knows…he’s still one hell of an entertainer no matter what he smokes !!!!!!…LOVE YOU BARRY…KT JONAS

OMG! I can’t believe how this stupid story got around the internet so fast. I’ve been in that theater when Barry does that part of his show and trust me, I know what pot smells like thanks to my daughter and he’s smoking regular tobacco. Hasn’t Britney run over someone else’s foot or gone through a red light today?

People, get smart. Don’t you know by now that you can’t trust the media and that ANYTHING taken out of context can seem suspicious? This is a BIT from Manilow’s Vegas show where he revisits the sixties and pretends to be smoking “a joint”.
The cigarette is actually a celery cigarette, used in most stage shows and in the theater instead of regular tobacco. Sorry to burst your bubble but there is no story here.
Don’t believe everything you see and hear. If you go to Barry’s shows you will know that it is not pot! I know what pot smells like and barry does not smoke pot.

Did you not read the other comments explaining that it’s not pot or even real tobacco, and Barry does this little skit during his show to introduce the songs he does from his 60’s cd? The man is really good physical condition and he certainly doesn’t have glaucoma, nor does he smoke marijuana.
