Madonna gets a facelift, Queen Latifah is probably gay, Alex Trebek heart attack, and more

Hidely ho, neighborinos! Welcome to yet another sparkling edition of Snarky Gossip, where basically you can while away a few hours while pretending to work. Yeah, you know who you are. So last night, my 13 year old made some homemade pizza, and while it was rather tasty on the way down, today it’s manifesting its presence in quite another, more sinister (and decidedly less tasty) method. I’m just going to leave it at that because it’s the holiday season and Santa is watching, but suffice it to say that I *think* I scared my dog just now. Hmm.

On to the gossip! First, Madonna showed up recently with two black eyes. Now, since I highly doubt that old Guy Ritchie there would ever dare to punch Madge, I have to go with the possibility of a face lift option. What do you think? - source

Next, a little bit of weirdness from Hilary Swank, who says she takes 45 VITAMINS A DAY. Gross.

ON THE 45 SUPPLEMENTS SHE TAKES EVERYDAY IN ADDITION TO HER VITAMIN INJECTIONS… “This is my Aloe C, which I dissolve in water. Here’s my flax. This one’s for my immune system, and this one is my BrainWave–it’s great, like if I have a lot of lines to memorize. I just took my most important ones, which are my Oz Garcia Longevity Pak. I shoved them in my mouth right before I met you, which I actually shouldn’t do, because I choked on my vitamins once before.”

Just the thought of taking that many vitamins makes me kind of gag, mostly because I’m such a huge weener, but also because I *did* actually choke on a Vitamin C pill once. It was like the size of a quarter, seriously…I had to give myself a little Heimlich. Probably way too much information there for you, right? Yeah.

Next! There have been some rumors flying around about Queen Latifah getting married to her long-term partner, but apparently they are not true.

Or they ARE true, but we’re not going to find out until after the fact. She flat out denies anything; in fact her exact words were “there ain’t gonna be no wedding.” So there you have it. - source

And this next item just actually happened as I was writing - Alex Trabek has had a minor heart attack:

“Jeopardy!” host ALEX TREBEK, 67, had a minor heart attack Monday night at his home. His wife was with him at the time and she is currently by his side at a Los Angeles hospital. According to a statement, the TV staple plans to resume taping “Jeopardy!” in January.

From the looks of it, doesn’t look like he sold it or even got any bids - it’s a cute car but $25K? I don’t think so.

Gosh, kind of a slow news day…must be getting close to Christmas or something. Let’s see…well, here’s new mom Salma Hayek in her first public appearance since having her baby in September, she’s looking good (source):

The Tori Spelling family was out for some shoe shopping in NYC this week; looks like baby Liam is enjoying a bit of shoe (source):
