New Gnarls Barkley video “Run” has been banned from MTV UK because it might cause seizures
Well, this is weird! Apparently, the new Gnarls Barkely video titled “Run” had to be banned from MTV because it failed the Harding Index, a set of tests to see if a video or show will cause seizures. Yep - there is apparently such a thing in place, who knew? Anyway, here’s the banned video - obviously, if you have problems with seizures, don’t watch it, okay?
UPDATE: This is based on a misinformed story that ran on Billboard saying that the Gnarls Barkley video was banned by MTV. That is only partially true, it was banned from MTV UK but it is actually premiering on TRL TODAY. Moral of the story? Billboard didn’t do their fact-checking!!
