Let’s see, how DOES Jenny from the Block plan on losing the pounds she put on during her blessed event? Well, I’ll tell you:
- Wake up at 4 AM every day for THREE HOURS OF EXERCISE.
- No carbohydrates.
- Protein, vegetables, various people pummeling her into shape, the end.
See, this is why I’m glad I’m not a huge famous star, because three hours of exercise when you have newborn twins? That’s three hours of SLEEP that you’re making me sweat through instead. I’m guessing she’s not breastfeeding.

Amen, Snarky. Being super thin is just not more important than sleep to me. Plus, I CANNOT give up my carbs, baby. They are the only friends who have never let me down… lol
