That’s R. Kelly, one of the nastiest icky peoples on the planet today IF you believe the court case against him, which is as follows: there’s a video floating around that allegedly shows R. Kelly having sex with a 13 year old. Except, the 13 year old (now 21) says it’s not her, and R. Kelly says it’s not him (obviously he would say that). The trial has been delayed for a long time, but it looks like R. Kelly is finally going to get his day in court.
