Strange new details about the Heather Locklear DUI

New details are emerging in the DUI arrest of Heather Locklear. Supposedly, an ex-US Weekly employee, who tapped into the US Weekly database after she was fired in order to follow celebrities, was the one who called in Locklear’s DUI. However - and this is where it gets really shaky - it sounds like this person made up any evidence that Heather was driving erratically. Here’s more - this person was the ONLY witness that said that Heather was not driving well, and she called in the 911 summons while Heather’s car was actually parked in a store parking lot. Sound suspicious? Yeah, no kidding!
