Courtney Love is planning more corrective surgery to fix her “wonky” lips.
In a bizarre posting on her MySpace page, the former ‘Hole’ singer revealed she is still unhappy with her looks, despite having surgery to remove her breast implants and alter her cosmetically enhanced lips.
